Someone whom the speaker disagrees with to the point of wanting to cancel culture the receiver and shame him/her into silence. This is always spoken by leftist whom are emotional and cannot accept the logic and science of the addresse no matter how compelling.

I'm not racist, but...

A phrase used to proceed a bigoted tirade. Similar to Dennis Miller's stock comedic phrase "Now, I don't want to get off on a rant here..." which he invariably follows by a ranting monologue.

The problem is, when Dennis Miller does it, he understands that he is prone to ranting and appreciates the irony, which is why it's funny. Your average racist is never quite honest enough with himself to figure this out.

The literal translation from racist is, "I am, in fact, likely to be the most bigoted person you've met in years... the following observations will definitely prove this."

I'm not racist, but... you do know the Jews use the blood of Christian babies to make Matzoh.
