A person, usually liberal, who is willing to overlook abuses to free speech, women's rights, gay rights, etc., in Arabic countries due to their blinding hatred of the conservative political movement in the United States.

Someone who think George W. Bush is a greater threat to gay rights than mullahs in Iran who literally execute people for being gay is a dhimmicrat.

Dhmhtras are really cool people that love hanging out with friends. They are tall girls, though they can be considered normal next to taller girls, and they are really smart. They have a great sense of humor, are very sociable and super caring. However, they tend to think bad of themselves which usually affects them mentally. Last but not least, they are irresponsible and a bit lazy so they can be considered cat people. They are the best friends ever, because their friends mean the world to them.
