When a company you apply to work for explains themselves as an organic company, which they should be shot for & given a gravestone entitled 'douchebag lies under this organic pile of shit'

Unless their employees are fed on organic produce or are indeed planted in grow bags daily to help them work without pesticides, the term shouldn't be used! Period!!

Organi-cultural Deviance

Organi-cultural deviance derives its meaning from the words to ORGANIZE; to function as a structured unit CULTURE; meaning the set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes an institution or organization, and DEVIANCE; meaning behavior that differs from what is normal or accepted.

Organi-cultural deviance is used to describe a corporate culture which has been socialized to engage in deviant acts (Husted, 2008, p. 140)

organic arts

The word is a reference to a movement in both popular & underground cultures called "The Organic Arts Movement." The organic arts include: paintings, records, sculptures, and printed literature are considered organic arts. Performance Style Arts (any form) from Farming, Music, Painting, Dancing, and most other physical representations of any cultural subject. This includes rendering digital formats, images, and literary information to physical form. Some people Disagree with the factual existence of the ever present movement, and wish to suppress the efforts of curators.

A digital image might become a work of the "organic arts" if said work is in some way rendered to physical form, if not hard copy.
The amazing painting at the museum was a great example of "organic arts"
