A expression primarily used by people who don't know the difference between weight and volume, it's supposed to mean that the situation is "fucked up" or "out of control". A better phrase would be "10 gallons of shit in a 5 gallon bag", but the person using the phrase is too fucking dumb to know the difference.
-"Fuckin. . .everything is crazy at fuckin work right now. It's like trying to fit 10 pounds of shit in a 5-pound bag, nothing works
-5 pound bag. . .like a bigass duffel bag? That could probably hold like 80 pounds of shit, so you should be good.
-No, fuckin, 10 pounds but only 5 pounds so there's shit everywhere.
-Like you have a 1 pound brain in a 10 pound head?
-Yeah
-Exactly, you're retarded."

An overcomplicated variant of the famous 0-3-5 joke used by guitarists who are unsuccessfully trying to be original

A badass plane with a GAU-8 Avenger Gatling gun that shoots 65 rounds per second.
A single-seated, twin-turbofan, straight-wing, subsonic ground attack aircraft developed by Fairchild Republic for the USAF. It was made in 1976, for close air support. Its main use is to destroy armored vehicles and ground units. Its body design or airframe was made around the GAU-8, (Gun, Automatic, Utility) which was designed by General Electric. The GAU-8 shoots 65 30mm rounds of American freedom per second. The airframe uses several security measures, such as 1200 pounds of titanium to keep the cockpit and aircraft systems safe.

It’s 10 PM; do you know where your children are? — This was a regional program bumper / public service announcement from the late 1960’s through to the late 1980’s. In some regions, there was an 11 PM variant. This was sometimes the lead in to news programs. But best of all, it was NIGHTMARE FUEL for some of the best childhood ghost stories and URBAN MYTHS that kept a kid awake at night after scary stories were inappropriately told to them by mischievous baby sitters.
No mommy, this never happened to me…honest!!!!!!! Nor, was I ever the perpetrator of telling such a tale.

…And then while the mom was watching t.v., a man came on the screen and said, “It’s 10 PM; do you know where your children are?”. A shiver went down the mother’s spine so she went to check on her kids. When she opens the door there was a man standing over her children's dead bodies holding a bloody butcher knife. AND HE WAS WEARING A BUNNY SUIT…
