The Vacation Effect

An effect that happens to residents of usually rainy climates, on any nice day they feel as if they should be outdoors just because the weather is nice. Staying inside causes an anxious, agitated feeling, the Vacation Effect.

Bob had the Vacation Effect and called his friend Tom asking if he wanted to go outside and play frisbee with him.

When you have a friend talk for a minimum of 5 minutes and you blank out for the whole time, and than at the end you realize you literally lost 5 minutes of your life and you can't find it.

Bro Mr. Takara pulled a Bennety and we all blanked out for like 50 minutes.

The Bonnetty Effect removed 4 years of my life.

Ourobouros Effect

Named for the symbolic serpent devouring its own tail; in a political ideology, when members of one group turn on a member of the group on the premiss that the member does not represent or isn't extreme enough for the group's ideology. The Ourobouros Effect is common on both the left and the right of the political spectrum.
