A scottsimpson is what you call someone that lies to females about his marital status and sleeps with them claiming he's in the process of divorce. He will make sure he is out of town as much as possible claiming he is helping his employer but he is really trying to hookup with anyone and everyone that helps him forget about who he is married to.
