Bill Cosby case

Unpopular cases are the ones that people hopefully don't forget in favor of something that appeals to more people's taste in what a good trial should be like.
Instead of listening to somebody that tries to tell people they are winning something, or that everybody is winning something, and getting their hopes/ego/morale boosted, doesn't it make more sense to focus on what all you're losing in life, and what the cost will be to you or others, even if it's not all sunshine and positivity? The Bill Cosby case illustrates that the machine/system is not really a win-win for anybody, no wonder it's not popular. People like their bullshit in America, bullshit is what's popular, people like to hear win-win and happy endings even if reality is not always like that for everybody. A realistic outcome isn't going to be popular.

Bill Clinton Gambit

A defense strategy where one seeks to extricate oneself from a bad situation by claiming to be innocent by (a usually absurd) technicality. Named for former US president Bill Clinton, who popularized this strategy in the 1990s with his creative explanations for how he didn't actually smoke weed because he didn't "inhale", and most infamously, how he didn't technically lie when he said there is no sexual relationship with Monica Lewinsky because "it depends on what the definition of "is" is."
Person 1: I just read an article about how Senator Rob Johnson claimed he didn't technically commit a crime by being involved in a plot to replace legitimate Electoral College electors with fraudulent ones in the 2020 election, because he was only involved for "a couple seconds"...

Person 2: A Republican using the Bill Clinton Gambit? Oh the sweet irony.

Bill

Bill is a very attractive, charismatic man, who is also very mysterious. He has such a charm about himself, that he unintentionally, draws every woman he crosses, to him. Though he seems like a man for all the ladies, he only has one special woman he wants to give his heart to. He's very protective over those he loves. He definitely likes to take the lead in all he does, and more than likely will be a Pastor, or some kind of leader for the country, state, or county... Bill is so full of passion, that it radiates through his raw energy, and will intimidate some, who are not use to it. If you're lucky enough to come across Bill, keep him around. He's very loyal, and cares deeply, and will always stand by your side.
