Homeless people or other individuals holing up signs in public places to promote their self interests or agendas.

The Homeless man with the "Food" sign is "Sign Jobin'".
The kids are "sing jobin'" for their car wash.
Because the lady was 'sign jobin'" on the corner, we noticed the garage sale.
Those "sign' jobin'" protesters need to quit loitering.

Saw a guy intentionally take someone elses parking spot they were waiting for, had a feeling of asshole at first sight with that jerk.
