To hit someone in the testicles with a pong paddle while they are trying to hang brain. Typically performed out of irritation that the person is too busy laughing at their own testicles to play good pong.

Some pug-faced dude was hanging brain when his partner up and gave him the Cincinnati Meathook.

A really ulgy man that you see walking down the street. He usally will have a big penis, a plad shirt on, some form of long mustace and in most cases balding or already bald.This steryrotype was brought about by the "gut from meatholes" who is just some duesch bag with a big dick who beats and fucks girls.

Meatheads

People that have absolutley no lives that lift and eat protein all day. And because they lift they think they are tough but they cannot fight for shit, they can barley move their arms. Think they're the shit (football players/Lacrosse) but really everyone hates them. Also pick on people who are half their size to feel good about themselves when they will get fucked up by anyone with balls.
