Extremely controversial Californian punk rock band. Used satirical and humourous lyrics to express their political views. The Kennedys split in 1986 and the band ensued in a legal tussle with vocalist Jello Biafra over song royalties. An incarnation of the Kennedys still tours today, but without Jello Biafra.
