Its a Cuban word it means John Doe or Jane Doe in English. But in Cuban means so and so. Fulano for male, Fulana for female.

Tom said that Fulano just got married.
Sam said that Fulana just got divorced.

a creature of deadly capabilities that makes you itch real bad. If you are bitten and cant tell whether it is a flea or a mosqito you are dealing with a fleasquito. A fleasquito has deadly flea like fangs with the wings of a mosquito it is incredibly ugly and is paticularly attracted to the most sexiest of humans. often die before they reach maturity due to the fact that they are inclined to mate with their prey's skin and forget completely about feeding.
