An automation platform from Tecan, where absolutely no-one can explain how it works or why it continuously fails to perform the tasks it was programmed for - Rosetta Stone writes books to help people learn and become "Fluent" in other languages (maybe Rosetta should write a book to help people become Fluent in Tecan's Fluent, maybe even helping Tecan to gain fluency in their Fluent platform )!
