They will stop at lights for an hour because they do not know it is green. They are usually distracted, resulting in your frustration, lateness, and in some severe cases, the loss of some paint on your car.

When Sally was on her way to the university, an in-car-becile cut her off and stayed in between two lanes for up to five minutes. Exasperated, she shouted, "What an in-car-becile! Why doesn't he move?!".
