A word I made up (because I'm just THAT cool) that I use to affirm statements or ideas, much to the delight of my gay uncle.

Him: Honey, did you remember the checks for the bank?
Me: Yeppers peppers.
Him: YEPPERS PEPPERS!

An affirmative word used by "heads" on the Southside of Atlanta.

"What say, bray? You got any of that killer (i.e. weed)?

"Yepsti, man", you got papes (i.e. papers)?

Yeppy—a Youthful Elderly Person...a group that may be aging, but is aging incredibly well. This is a derivative of the term Yuppie.
