Olympic Torch 

When a male or female, places their head on the ground or base of a chair, raises their butthole towards the sky (straight up) and releases a fart upon proper signaling. It is representative of the classic lighting of the Olympic torch that is used at an Olympic games.

When you kidnap someone and take them to your basement then proceed to tie them up and light them on fire while making them watch all the Fantastic Four films on a loop until they burn to death.

A figurative "flame-thrower" device dat you use to majorly "light a fire" under someone who has comfortably relaxed down on his posterior when he should be "up and about" and making himself useful.

In da Pink Panther animated cartoon "Shocking Pink", da persistent-but-unseen voice is a major asettlene torch to da increasingly-frustrated/infuriated fuchsia feline, turning an initially-quiet afternoon into a totally-chaotic disaster.
