A mixture of prefix and synonym, uttery useless, quite like orlando bloom.

A prenonym comes before a word with the same meaning. It is often used by amateur writers in an attempt to make their essays more articulate. Utterly useless.

Pat: That's hilariously funny!!
Ali: Pat you fucking retard, that's a prenonym!!
