Commonly associated with the catch phrase "first world problems" a first worlder is someone who is the receiver of those "problems".

first semester friend

A friend you make the first semester at a new school. This is especially true of college. They will be one of your first friends and kind of fun, until you make close friends and your plans with the first semester friend get less and less frequent... one lunch date per week turns into one text turns into maybe a nod if you're feeling social. The friendship will never make it beyond first semester.

"Have you talked to Nicole lately?"
"Nah, I saw her on campus once and it was awkward. I guess she's just a first semester friend"

Will do anything to achieve their goals, even if it means that they have to kill. Very sentimental and protective, but can be ignorant if they're not appreciated. Most people misunderstood them as a dark, heartless person. Very kind to the ones that they care for, and their faith for anything or anyone are unmatched. first or eighth

A term popularized in video game "Team Fight Tactics" when describing a playstyle of taking (usually greedy) risks with the ultimate goal of winning the game (first) while knowing that the risk can otherwise lose the player the game (eighth).

The term is flexible as it can be used even when there are fewer than 8 players alive in the lobby. For instance, the term can be used by a player in a lobby of only two players left. This playstyle indicates that the player considers any placing other than first to be an eighth.
