The act of becoming inebriated to the point of breaking the seal see breaking the seal all over friends and family. Though, not restricted to urinating, in many cases it has happened. Noun: a person who spends excessive amounts of time in the bathroom, typically number two-ing or masterbating. A clock can be set by their excratory system... pretty much they take long shits at the same time everyday, and hold their friends up who are waiting for them outside to go somewhere. Also used to refer to fat people, typically short fat girls.
Verb: The act of being a dumpy. In most cases though it is being short and/or fat. The act of being repulsive to the genral public.

Dumpy

When used in reference to a woman's butt. A "dumpy butt" would indicate that a woman has a perfect rear end. Neither too skinny and definitely not sloppy. A firm, big, luscious butt would be considered dumpy.

Degrees of dumpy.

Dumpy minus would indicate a skinny butt.
Dumpy Plus would indicate a slightly bigger than desired butt.
Dumpy double plus would indicate a very large butt and not desired at all.

"oh my god. Did you see her butt? It was perfect. That girl is so dumpy."
