Corn Fireworks

Another term for popcorn.

I think it's interesting we chose popcorn as our food of entertainment, when it's the only food we've got that purposefully explodes over and over again. Especially when it's made old fashioned style, on a stove with a clear lid....It's like watching corn fireworks.

Corning

Corning is the act of throwing dried corn kernals and corn cobs on porches and at doors of houses at night to scare the occupants inside. People that will chase you usually become repeated victims. Usually done around Halloween in Western Pennsylvania and rural areas. It ends when you run out of corn or get busted by the cops.

Let's dress up in black and Camo and go corning at midnight!

When you give your friend some candy corn but they did not see the bag/box it came from. Which often times results in confusion for the receiving party.
