At the circus the least talented performers are put inside the animal costumes. The horse costume requires 2 men. The circus owner determines which of the 2 stupid people is the absolute stupidest person and he is put at the rear. That guy is too stupid to find his own way around and so he's put in a job where all he has to do is hold onto other guy and follow him around.

Boss: How did the new worker do laying sods?
