Caner

A blind, or visually impaired person who gets around by using a cane, not a guide dog.

That girl is strictly a caner, she doesn't like dogs to much.

That guy's wife goes out with her cane, she just lost her sight about a year ago, she's a caner for sure. :)
I have my guide dog. I am not a caner at all. :/ I get a guide dog as soon as I can when I retired my dogs because I don't like using the cane very much.
