A cow tipping state is any state such as Utah, Montana, Nebraska etc… where a group of boys on a Friday night would have nothing fun to do other than go cow tipping.

God I hate being in Ohio… it’s such a cow tipping state!

Brown State

The brown state is when a brown user goes into an uncontrollable trance where they block out everything and do not know their surroundings. When exiting out of the brown state brown users may suffer from side effects of the brown state. A shorter term for this incident can be simply know as browning out.
