A note in music that is 1/3 of a beat. Also called 12th notes(8th note triplets) or 24th notes(16th note triplets).

In 4/4 time:
8th note triplet = 1/12 measure
16th note triplet = 1/24 measure

Tripear is a Spanish language term used with several meanings, but most relate to having a good time while experiencing sense enhancement, whether through use of a substance e.g. alcohol, pot or any other type of drug, or through listening or viewing stuff that makes you want to go on a psychedelic trip. The Trippler

The Trippler is the art of getting blindingly drunk and taking a Hooker to the back room. One then chokes said Hooker for unknown reasons, until she cries. Results ending in leaving all your money with said Hooker, avoiding jail time, mocking a superior, vomiting, and not remembering anything the next morning.
