A period in early 2020 when rumours in Hong Kong of a lack of supply caused panic buying and hoarding of Toilet Rolls.

It was even reported that armed robbers stole hundreds of toilet rolls which were being delivered to a supermarket in Mong Kok.

Something unnecessary during the 2020 coronapocalypse. Ok, people were quarantined, but Corona was NOT a shitting disease. People went vicious for toilet paper, scratching and clawing and in some places, even stabbing each other to get a fucking piece of paper to wipe their ass with.
