To fool someone or for other purposes, individuals frame situations as something other than what they are. Some individuals can modify or even flip a "situation framing", to their advantage.

An euphoria situation is used to describe an interaction with a drug addict; typically someone you know, and how imprudent it is to your life and theirs.
