Dark Side of the Moon

Pink Floyd's opus, and basically put the band on the map. Released in 1973, and is still going strong in terms of sales and airplay.
It's musically transcendental, ethereal, cathartic; lyrically dark and even emotional, dealing with themes such as insecurity, insanity, war, death, and the evils of money.
Recommended for anyone who's just getting into rock music.

Dark Side of the Moon is just one of those albums that comes around once in a lifetime.

Of the Wand and the Moon is a band that is influenced by nordic mythology, runic magic, nature, and inner spirituality. They can be classified as dark/apocalyptic/ambient/neo folk. It's amazing to listen to them at night especially with candles lit. Definitely check them out if you like to embrace good music.
