liquid fog droplets that freeze to surfaces on contact forming white rime ice. Common on mountaintops which are exposed to low clouds. It is essentially the same as the ice frost that forms inside a freezer.
Northern Nevada remained strangled in an icy cloak of frozen fog that caused dangerous driving conditions, numerous accidents, and airport delays for the third day in a row.

An incredibly attractive dance move that requires one to lift their hands about one's head, bend the elbows to create an acute angle between the arm and forearm and clasp the hands together to create a diamond shape.
