Every 12th of November nobody can snitch on you. If they do you are allowed to punch them up to 30 times on their arm.

Person 1: *Steals pen*
Person 2: *snitches*
Person 1: You are not allowed to snitch, it's national no snitching day *punches on arm 27 times*
