Scottie Too Hottie

a guy who, usually in a social setting, is the "liability of the pack." He is extremely confident and comes across as cocky to most, but deep down he's a big teddy bear. He's always out to have a good time, flirts a lot and has cheeky banter. However, if women are too keen, he tends to respond with indifference.
