2.) NOUN. - U.S. worker earnings removed from the economic system and off-shored to foreign banks by former GOP Governor Mitt Romney and other super wealthy U.S. citizen's to avoid paying more in U.S. income taxes.

The slow economy and low circulation of cash among U.S. workers is due to the 13 trillion of RMoney that is inaccessible to workers as loans to build and grow the U.S. economy.

Ramones

The foundation of punk music. When the Ramones first came to Britain, they inspired the Sex Pistols and therefore created a base for punk music to develop. The Ramones are the best punk band that ever lived and always will be, regardless of all these shitty bands that come onto the scene and claim to be punk, like Simple Plan and Good Charlotte, both of which are nowhere near as talented songwriters/musicians as the Ramones. the Ramones released many rock classics including Blitzkreig Bop, I Wanna Be Sedated, Judy Is A Punk, Beat On The Brat and many more.
All in all, the Ramones are one of the best rock bands that ever made their name on the scene. Even though they are not all still alive, they are proper legends! <3 The Ramones!

Elvis Ramone

One of the least known members of the Ramones. He is also the drummer of Blondie (the band). In the revolving door of the drummers for the Ramones -- Tommy, Marky, Richie -- Elvis came in at a time when Marky was too much of an alcoholic and before they got the uberquick drumming of Richie. He played for a few gigs before they kicked him out for better punk drumming talent.
