Often used on the Angry Birds subreddit (r/angrybirds).

Even obama (yes, obama) has fell victim to this.
Often found when you search random stuff on google.

Percent-Off Scams are a type of online scam where you pay to give them money. That's all.

Percent

A very strange creature, reminiscent of the character Bibi from the game Brawl Stars. They live only in one city, Vologda, in Russia. They are hostile to humans and hunt for those who have the maximum rank on their Brawl Stars account on Bibi. Their main weapon is bits, but they can use large bubbles made of chewing gum. Legend has it that when Supercell releases a hypercharged skin for Bibi, a giant percent will appear, and the city of Vologda will be wiped off the face of the earth.

Yesterday, a crowd of percents was chasing me, I barely escaped, - person with max rank Bibi.

A delusional Dallas Cowboys fan who doesn't know their facts straight and just keep talking about the Philadelphia Eagles rather than worrying about their own team. These fans are the kind of people that will talk down on an Eagles fan for getting excited about a great player pick up that didn't cost much, but will try to rub an inferior player pick up they themselves got, in the Eagles fans' face They don't hold the Cowboys accountable for mistakes instead of recognizing them and thinking of ways to improve the team. Instead, they make excuses for everything. These obnoxious fans are not to be taken seriously, as they "facts" they try to spill are totally ridiculous and they honestly give the 20% good Cowboys fans a bad name.

Man, I can't take these delusional 80 Percenters seriously with all this bull bull they be talking.

200 percent

An athlete that has too many hearts for one person.

An athlete that says he (or she) is always giving 200 percent, or says something like I got two of those when somebody asks him (or her) about heart is a little bit suspect. It makes you wonder who else's heart they cut out and put in his chest, and what they had to take out of him to make extra room for another transplanted heart. It doesn't seem like a guy with 2 hearts would be in good health most of the time, it seems like the extra heart would blow out like a speaker at some point.
