An unpleasant old woman who pinches others roughly, while saying "goodness" in a high pitched "granny" sounding voice.

Goonies Syndrome

A syndrome in which someone is horribly deformed, which in turn makes the person look like "Sloth" off the popular 1985 movie the Goonies. This is to be used to insult someone that is horrible looking.

*Although not a gender specific orgasm, "(to) goodie" often better suits the male ejaculation.
