Named after an instance on MasterChef where Gordon Ramsay got irate with a chef because she had "stirred the caramel" and therefore caused the sugar to crystalize, thereby ruining the texture and taste of the caramel.

Used to alert someone that they are currently fucking something up badly, or are about to fuck up badly.
