Haji carts are operated and sometimes owned by dirty 'hajis' and sell overpriced, unsanitary food e.g. hot dogs, shishkabobs, pretzels, etc. The only time Haji cart food is decent is when the food is Halal -in which case the food has to be held to the standards of their own kind.
