Precautionary Principle

It is when a country attacks another country (or entity) that it fears may plan to attack it later. In other words, it takes action not because of factual threat but of mere potential risk. The precautionary principle is also applied when someone is detained or jailed not because of what he has actually done but because of what the government or police think he may potentially do.

The United States attacked and occupied Iraq using the Precautionary Principle. Nothing would prevent it to use the same principle to attack Iran.

Precayes is a pretty, gorgeous, kind beautiful woman. She is a very intelligent and bright woman with loads of different thoughts. She is extremely tall, Precayes is very smart and genuine but gets mad when upset.

The act of putting off or delaying:

1) letting someone know that you hate them
2) Ignoring or defriending someone
3) Treating someone like crap

until you have gotten something you needed from them.

Bill decided to procastihate Chuck until he was able to borrow and return Chuck's power washer to clean his deck so Bill didn't have to pay to rent one or for a service.

Verb. To drink a caffeinated beverage before partaking of a more highly caffeinated beverage. Derived from the word "pregame," this act is often avoided due to its cheapening of the second caffeine buzz.

You: Hey, you wanna go grab some coffee?
Me: Alright, but I'm getting decaf.
You: What are you, some sort of pansy bitch?
