a term referred to someone that is very attractive, that may or may not be a thot. you can also use this term to subtly call someone a thot.

Velo-hottie

State of being (Bicycling): When someone looks strikingly attractive in a cycling kit (Lycra, helmet, and sunglasses). However, when they are in regular clothing, they are disappointingly normal looking (or worse).

George- "Hey Brett, what's the story with you friend Jennifer on the Cannondale over there?"

Brett- "Easy, Tiger. She's kind of a Velo-hottie."
George- "Really?"
Brett- " Yeah, once the helmet and glasses comes off, she has a receding hairline and a lazy eye".
George- "Oh.....Well, thanks for the hears up."
