someone who is annoying, clingy, a loser, or just a turn-off in some way, shape or form. They could be someone who is obsessed with you, but you have no interest in them whatsoever. see stalker

the origin of this word is unknown, people just started saying it so I thought I'd put my definition.

The use of social engineering to gain access to a place or event where you have no business being.
1. Roy wasn't invited to the party but he knew some people there and used social hacking on the bouncer to get in.

2. Joe asked his Dad if he could stay out late, and was refused. Joe then went to his Mom and asked her, mentioning that his Dad had already said it was okay. Joe had been out of the house for two hours before his parents realized they were victims of social hacking.
