Dover, Florida is a small Hispanic community off of East Tampa and if you’re from around the area, it’s mostly popular for its gang “Dover Locos” the East side gang dominated by one major family but are not the only East gang in the area and you’ll find the neighborhoods littered with gang graffiti nothing but Sur 13 crossed out and “F scrap” “412” writing almost every fence or stop signed is tagged over the rivalry but in present day is a ghost town. There’s literally no other reason to move here unless you’re looking for construction work or the strawberry fields. Only interesting thing is the horse racing and quinces at a ranch but always be ready for a fight or shooting to break out. I like to call it “little Mexico” because the Mexican stores, Mexican gangs, and mainly Mexican family’s that live in dover, fl.
