Drummer

Someone who plays drums well. They are as essential to rock music as guitarists if not more. Drummers, along with Bass players, rarely get as much attention as singers and lead guitar players.

Mike Portnoy is an amazing drummer.

Another game in Konami's Bemani series. The controller is a set of electronic drums made by Yamaha, and probably the most authentic game in the series next to Keyboardmania. Links to Guitar Freaks and used to link to Keyboardmania.

A drum manufacturing company commonly refered to as DW. Their drums sound great and come in unlimited sizes for custom drum kits. Pros like Neil Peart, Tommy Lee, Joey Kramer, Joey Castillo, Terry Bozzio, Josh Freese and Stephen Perkins play them.

Drummer's Syndrome

When a drummer loves drumming so much, that he/she will tap on anything whenever and wherever he/she can. Drummer's who suffer from this often use their fingers to tap on inanimate objects - such as chairs, desks, and car seats - or in severe cases of boredom - other people. Friends and teachers are the people most affected by this unfortunate syndrome, due to it's constant intrusion into activities, and due to the fact that the tapping can be hideously, dreadfully, disturbingly, remarkably, and intensely annoying.

1. Dude, stop having Drummer's Syndrome and drumming on the desk. This is history class, not a concert.

2. Matt, if you don't stop having Drummer's Syndrome, I will glue your hands and feet to the table.

verb: The act of being a Drum Major; involving conducting a band, leading a group, setting examples, and screaming really, really loud

Other Forms: Maj (pronounced Mage), Majoring, Drum Majing

Kid: I'm going to be Drum Majoring next year isn't that awesome?
Band: Uhhh, yeah, if you're in to that sorta thing

Indoor Drumline

(noun): 1. The drumline and pit from marching band but inside.

2. The greatest thing ever.

3. Best part of this activity: going to Ohio for WGI and watching The Pudding Game. :)

4. Worst part: No one ever remebers the synth players..........:(

Person 1: Hey, can you hang out today?
Person 2: Naw, I have Indoor Drumline rehearsal.
Person 1: Awwww.......Why aren't I in Indoor Drumline?
Person 2: You're not a bad ass.
