On one end of the spectrum, Trump Derangement Syndrome causes one to hate Donald J Trump to the point of fabricating or heavily misconstruing information to defame his character. However, Trump Derangement Syndrome applies to the other end of the political spectrum, as well. Sufferers of Type 2 TDS will often act sycophantic towards Donald J Trump, and defend him vehemently in online forums, or consistently insult those who do not share the same god-like view of Donald J Trump.
