When a Native Spanish speaker is trying to speak English but is so high they can't pronounce anything and have no idea what they are saying, then they are talking Cheech and Chong

Person 1. He.. Hell.. *PUFF*.. Hola
Person 2: What the fuck are you trying to say
Person 3: Don't worry he speaks English. He's just talking Cheech and Chong right now

Cheebin'

A noun that is synonymous with all other nouns, frequently used to replace one or more nouns in a sentence.
It is generally used to be humorous, or silly.

For example, the sentence "Yeah, I've been chillin'" can be changed into "Yeah, I've been cheebin'" or "Yeah, y'all already know you'd never catch me leebin'!".
