Best Friend By Association (BFBA)

When you meet a friend of a friend that you have heard so much about them that you feel that you already know them as a person. Feeling that you are already best friends even if you have only met them twice.

Ex. Your mutual friends sharing inside jokes and then you all share the inside joke, even if the third party was not present when the said joke was made.

Best Friend By Association (BFBA) Scenerio:

Friend: Hey this is my friend Bob

Friend of a Friend: Oh your Bob? I've heard so much about you!!!! (Super excited, and might even share an inside joke that she heard from your mutual friend)

Bob: It's great to finally meet you too, We are like Best Friends by Association (BFBA)

Associate

Basically a friend with benefits or a sugar daddy who don't mind helping with money in exchange for sex. Sometimes can also mean drug dealer or pimp. Associate is usually a financially powerful person or very influential individual with enough resources to help someone else as well. Associate is someone whom you can ask help from at anytime when you are in trouble knowing that what you get from collaborating together will be quietly balanced later.

- Is that your boyfriend who brought you a new phone ?

associative dislike

when a person is involved in a new group of friends and or acquaintance's,in which this particular group of friends doesn't like a certain person under any circumstances.

Max: hey man whats up thanks for inviting me out here i was talking to that guy mike and he seems pretty cool.

Zane: NOO!! dnt talk to that guy he is just a bunch of trouble our group never talks to him just stay away from him.

Your girlfriends' best friend who's basically the third person in your relationship and not in a weird cockblocking sort of way she just fits among you and girlfriend and you couldn't imagine your relationship without her in it because she's not just girlfriends' friend... She's yours too. She drinks with you when girlfriend doesn't want to. She goes and eats with girlfriend when you're on a diet. She takes girlfriend to target when you don't want to go. She is an associative girlfriend and your favorite third wheel.
