When a group of friends are going out somewhere and one person decides they cannot go and the rest of the group begins to flop because of that one missing person.

Andrew: Hey you guys still wanna go to the movies?
Jamie: Yeah sure, i'm heading out now.
Dennis: Yeah i can't go, its too late and i have school tomorrow
Jamie: Damnit, i just left the house, yeah i dont feel like going anymore
Andrew: Err...yeah screw it. Its a Flop chain
