A doctor or shrink that will write up a prescription for pretty much anything over the tiniest "medical problem". Basically a medical professional turned "legal" drug plug.

A genre that became derives from SoundCloud and became popular around 2017. The songs usually have soft and melodic rnb sounds mixed with high pitched hip hop drums and hi-hats. Pluggnb is usually an English gene but is also used by French and Spanish speaking artists.
