No cap means you aren't lying and you swear you are telling the truth. There are two different definitions of no cap.

Definition 1: It's not me no cap.
Definition 2: I have a water bottle, I take off the cap, no cap. Don't leave me!

Cap-Happy

To feel a kind of happyness or joy from painting graffiti/street bombing. Comes from the word Trigger Happy where the word "Trigger" was exchanged to "Cap" which is the top of a spray can. Similar to a trigger, it carries some kind of action when pressed.

"Aye u got ur cans?"
"Ye fam, I'm feeling Cap-Happy for tonight!"
