Classic Weekend

A party that surrounds Oswego Speedway for the last weekend in August. There are multiple races every day but the most people go on Sunday. Everyone camps and gets wasted and there are no rules because no one runs it. Its a big money-maker for Furlong and his suck-ass baby boy who no one likes, hence the anti-Furlong shirts. And that other guy whos name I forgot, but hes okay.
Its a great time overall.

Marathon weekend

A weekend where the only beverage allowed to be consumed is beer or some form of alcohol. Typically starts at around 7-8PM friday night and ends on Sunday afternoon, or night if you're liver can sustain more damage. Extra fun is its a 3 day weekend. Each person typically buys 2 30 racks or possibly 3 if its a 3 day weekend.

legalized weekly torture

Church sermons (duh!).

How come I'm not ever allowed by law to even throw a mild punch or to yell a threat or insult at someone, but yet any 0%!$&#!@ starched-suited dumb-a** preacher is perfectly "free 'n' welcome" to openly practice legalized weekly torture to his little heart's content --- bellowing all kinds of horrible derogatory criticisms at the members of his congregation about how awful/evil/selfish they are, and morbidly/angrily warning them of the catastrophic "hell 'n' brimstone" that "The Father" will hurl at them if they don't obediently and unquestioningly comply with His Directives???
