This concept was imported to us from Holland and is used to define

1) A silver-fox age (usualy 45-60) male with RSCS on a train or bus who systematically and purposefully tries to sit in the vicinity of an often young (age somewhere between 18-25) woman and then to enter into a conversation with her

2) a silver fox age male pedophile who, instead of prowling the Internet, Facebook and other social networking sites to find his young female (often teenage) victims, he uses intercity trains and public city buses to do so.

App Creep refers to the uncontrolled additions or continuous growth of apps on an individuals smartphone(device). This phenomenon occurs when the App Store is utilized in a reckless manner and the acquirement of apps is not properly defined, documented, managed or controlled. It is generally considered a negative occurrence, and therefore should be avoided.

Amazed friend: "Dude you got like 5000 productivity apps on your smart phone!"

Tactical creep

A tactical creep is when one is unsure of their situation romantically, whether it be at the start of a relationship, during flirtatious conversation or even 4 years down the line when it's nearly too late to turn back.
This involves using social media to browse through the person's photos, just reassure oneself that what they are about to do/are doing/ or will never do, is satisfactory.

Dean - I had to go on a tactical creep last night.
