A person who is pretty damn fat, often wider than they are tall. From the word 'chode' meaning a penis wider than it is long.

Well, we use the term to mean 'turd'. I know it's incorrect, but I heard the word on south park years ago and thought it meant 'poo', so we've all used it in our household ever since.
