A working day, first day of the work week, where a lot of employees moan about being back at work. Not every Monday is a Moanday however once a handful of your work mates have whinged, complained, or moaned, it is then Moanday.

After listening to Jim, Pam and Bob complain about being 'back to the grind' and 'down in the salt mine', I knew this was going to be a Moanday.
