A combination of two of McDonald's Hot N Spicys and a McDouble. Split the McDouble in half and combine it all in this order:

Half the McDouble

Half the McDouble

Think of rainbow cupcakes, or a summer's day full of butterflies, hey maybe even your mother's lasagna! Yeah...its that good. Only the chosen few have been able to finish it!

McDiaz

A McDonald's Taco. A hamburger patty pinched like a taco, filled with fries and mac sauce. Amazing.

"I ordered a double hamburger and small fries with mac sauce on the side. Threw the bun away, used the fries to spread the mac sauce on the beef, piled fries on the beef and ate it like a meat/potato taco. I call it the McDiaz."
